My name is Mah-Vash Ahmed and as an MSW student I am completing my clinical internship under the close supervision of Dr. Kendra Griffin, LCSW. She is the founder and owner of HEALthy Way Behavioral Health Services. Under her mentorship I have been refining my skills particularly in the areas of individual and group therapy.

At this time, I am seeking clinical supervision part-time in the areas of family therapy and couples counseling. I am also interested in joining consultation/collaboration groups to further my professional development.

The area in which I have the most experience is crisis intervention but I also hold certifications in other key areas including: Level 1 Gottman Institute Certification, Certificate in Financial Social Work, as well as an NAADAC approved Addiction Counseling Professional Certificate.  I also hold other certifications such as ASIST Suicide Prevention, ASK (suicide prevention in young children), Mental Health First Aid, Psychological First Aid, and more.
